Purchases

If one has decided to order a Kloss Kosmetics product, there will be NO RETURNS. If the product(s) that you purchased has arrived in an un usable form such as damaged container, item leaking, etc. please be sure to contact us at [email protected] or visit our contact page. Based on the event, we will further contact you to notify you regarding how we can accommodate you. When purchasing, we do prefer that you are 18 or over the age of 18. If you are purchasing while under the age of 18 please be sure that you have gotten parental consent before doing so. As soon as you purchase an item/items from Kloss Kosmetics your order will be attended to as soon as possible, making it confirmed. You will then receive a confirmation email from Kloss Kosmetics. From then you will be allowed to cancel within an hour of your order. After an hour there will be NO CANCELLATIONS allowed and NO REFUNDS allowed.


Shipping

Once your order is placed, the processing time will be from 1-3 days. This DOES NOT mean that your order will arrive to you in 1-3 days. It simply means that this is the time that we will take to package, label and ship your order. Once your order is shipped, Kloss Kosmetics IS NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
